"Pleased with my purchase"
I’m really pleased with my purchase. My new sweater is fantastic—it looks just like the photo and the quality is even nicer than I thought it would be. It did take a bit for my order to ship, but it got here pretty fast. I’m a bit shocked that some folks are claiming there’s no customer support... when I reached out, I got through to a rep right away and all my questions were sorted out.

"Express has turned into one of my favorite..."
Lately, Express has really become one of my go-to places for online clothes, but I gotta mention that I only buy when there’s a solid sale. I would NEVER shell out full price—it's just way too pricey.

"Longtime Fan of Express..."
For years, I've been a dedicated shopper at Express, and let me tell ya, their clothing is top-notch—truly amazing and worth every penny. I've shelled out full price for a bunch of items, from jeans to blouses, 'cause I trust the brand completely. This summer of 2020, though, they didn't have a great variety of shorts, and that's my only gripe, which is kinda personal. But hey, during a pandemic, who really needs shorts, right? Lol

"Always a Smooth Experience"
I shop online with Express regularly and have never faced a problem, not even once. I had to send back a jacket previously, went to the store, and they refunded my card immediately. I then ordered a different size without any hassle. Their clothing fits me well; being tall and fit, I really dig their style. Occasionally, they run out of items I want in my size pretty fast, but I get it. Considering the quality and style, I believe the pricing is spot on.

"Superb manager at Kenwood shop, really nice and friendly"
Every time I visit, I have a fantastic experience. I needed outfits for various events, particularly two funerals, and I found exactly what I was looking for. He is incredibly patient and thoughtful.
